The calories in our poke bowls vary depending on the choice of the base ingredient, the proteins, toppings, sauces, and extra ingredients if you choose to add them. A regular-sized poke bowl with a choice of rice as the base and a careful choice of toppings would have calories between 500 and 700.

3. How to have a poke bowl if I do not eat raw seafood?

The choice of proteins is an important poke bowl element but the diversity of ingredients in Poke bowls enables you to enjoy them even without addition of seafood.
